購買課程後，預約教練開放嘅上堂時間；臨時有事，可以提早取消。After purchase, book any open slot. Something came up? Cancel in advance.

款項托管Escrow protection
學員落單後，款項先由平台托管，教練完成課堂並經學員確認先會收到學費。Funds are held in escrow at booking. Coaches are paid only after the trainee confirms.
72 小時退款窗口72-hour refund window
課堂完成後 72 小時內，如果唔符合預期，可以申請退款或轉換其他教練。Within 72 hours of a session, request a refund or switch coaches.

學員確認完成課程，教練先會收到學費。若教練唔符合你嘅預期，72 小時內可以申請退款或轉換其他教練。Coaches get paid only after you confirm the session. Not what you expected? Request a refund within 72 hours or switch coaches.
